Did you know that there are easy ways to support survivors of domestic and sexual violence while you shop? Fred Meyer Community Rewards and AmazonSmile are charitable programs which allocate financial support for shoppers’ favorite nonprofit organizations. Here’s how to get started!

Fred Meyer Community Rewards

All you have to do to support women and children who have experienced domestic violence is link your Fred Meyer Rewards Card to Clackamas Women’s Services. Then, when you scan your card or enter your code at the register, Clackamas Women’s Services will receive a quarterly donation from Fred Meyer based on your shopping!

This will not affect your Rewards Points, Fuel Points, or Rebates, so it really is easy. You can see more frequently asked questions here.

To link your card, you first have to sign into your online account or create a new online account. You can do that here.

Once you are signed in, you can link your card to an organization here or by navigating to “Community Rewards” at the bottom of your Fred Meyer home page. A search screen will come up that will allow you to find Clackamas Women’s Services. You can search by the name “Clackamas Women’s Services” or by our 5-digit nonprofit number, 87362.

Your search will pull up Clackamas Women’s Services. Then, simply select the bubble to the left of the organization’s name and click “Enroll.”

Success! Your Fred Meyer Rewards Card will be linked to Clackamas Women’s Services and will help accumulate financial support for survivors in our community each time you shop with your card.

AmazonSmile

By starting your shopping at smile.amazon.com instead of the regular Amazon homepage, you can help generate a donation for Clackamas Women’s Services!

First, log in to your Amazon account from the AmazonSmile homepage here.

When you log in for the first time, you can select a charitable organization by searching by name or location.

Searching by name should generate a list that shows Clackamas Women’s Services at the top. You can then click the yellow “Select” button on the right-hand side. Once you select an organization, you can proceed with your online shopping.

AmazonSmile will remember your selection. The next time you shop starting from the AmazonSmile page, eligible purchases will automatically support survivors of domestic violence.
