This group is intended to set aside a little time each week to take care of yourself. It’s hard to put ourselves at the top of the list sometimes so this is a way to prioritize some time and space each week to focus on yourself. Each week we will have some art-based activities that you can do with materials you already have around the house. There’s no right or wrong way to do this and if you want you can use the time to just relax, think, or doodle and know that you are not alone.
